Job title
Postdoctoral Researcher (2017-2019) Silas Mvulirwenande is a postdoctoral researcher in the Integrated Water Systems and Governance Department at IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. He holds a Master of Science in Urban Environmental Management from Wageningen University and a Doctorate in Water Management from the Delft University of Technology. He also worked at the African office of the International Water Association.
He conducts research on:
- key factors of success and failure for water innovations in African countries in the context of the Water Innovations in African Cities project, jointly ran by CFIA and the VIA Water programme; but also
- ways of strengthening institutional capacity and evaluating capacity development.
