PhD in Development Studies at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Master in Psychology at the University of Brasília. Ariane has about 20 years of experience combining applied psychological research and consulting for small firms, educational institutions, and NGOs. Her experience in international and multidisciplinary teams provides her with an interdisciplinary and international perspective. She has participated in several projects, performing roles that ranged from research assistant to project coordinator. Recently, she conducted research on psycho-social processes related with start-ups development, innovation, and frugal innovation. She also works in capacity building projects on organisational processes, i.e., organisational diagnosis, designing training systems, organisational climate assessments, institutional evaluation, among others.
