Job title
Researcher Agro-food Greetje Schouten is a researcher at the Rotterdam School of Management and a section editor of the Research Section of the Annual Review of Social Partnerships, an annual publication bringing together academics and practitioners in cross-sector partnerships. At ICFI Greetje is involved in the Public-Private Partnerships for Frugal Innovation at the Bottom of the Pyramid project and ICFI's minor Frugal Innovation for Sustainable Global Development.
Her research focuses on:
- processes of legitimization of transnational standard-setting multi-stakeholder partnerships and their relation to more localized governance arrangements, mainly in the global South; and
- the role of partnerships in processes of inclusive development.
