Job title
Research Partner Rosalba Icaza is a senior lecturer at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). Previously she was an activist in Mexico City working for a social movements network opposing NAFTA. At CFIA she contributes to the Menstrual technologies, gender and development project.
Her four areas of research are:
- decolonial thinking and 'the international';
- thinking the academia in the promotion of autonomy;
- learning as liberation/liberation of learning; and
- plural feminisms for plural liberations.
