dr.ir. Sietze Vellema

Sietze Vellema is Associate Professor and member of the Knowledge Technology and Innovation group at Wageningen University. He is also a senior researcher at the Partnerships Resource Centre of the Rotterdam School of Management. At ICFI, Sietze Vellema is, amongst other things, involved in the Public-Private Partnerships for Frugal Innovation at the Bottom of the Pyramid project.

His research interest lies in:

• elucidating the collaboration between different in solving organisational, managerial, and technical problems related to inclusive development and sustainable food provision;
• developing solutions for complex and persistent problems in agricultural production, food and nutrition security and natural resource management etc.
