Researcher Dorothea Hilhorst is Professor of Humanitarian Aid & Reconstruction at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is involved with CFIA's PhD project of Saba Al Kuntar called ‘Bottom-up innovations by Syrian refugees in Lebanon’.
